Ever wonder why so many home and business owners are painting the insides of their properties? Well down below, you will find a few of the best benefits that you stand to gain from interior painting!

    Change The Appearance

Painting your home or business is the most affordable and fastest way to change the appearance of your property. A different color on the inside of your home can work wonders, helping you redesign the concept or flow of your home or business.

    Attract Potential Buyers

When it comes time to sell your home, you want to make sure it is as attractive as possible, thus attracting more potential buyers. When your home has dull, old paint, it will take longer to sell and even bring in less money than a freshly painted home.

    Improve Air Quality

The paint industry has come a long way with their products and most newer paints have low or no VOC in their chemical makeup. Long gone are the days of long-lasting smells from painting your property, helping keep symptoms of breathing-related diseases at bay.

    Protect Your Property

A fresh coat of paint is a surefire way to keep your homes or business walls protected from moisture-related hazards like mold and mildew. Fresh paint will also keep your property’s walls protected from forms of wear and tear like scratches.

    Increases Home Value

One of the biggest reasons why homeowners paint the interior of their home is that it can increase the value of the home. According to a HomeGain 2012 seller survey, painting your home can warrant a 107% return of investment, increasing home value tremendously.

    Personalize Your Space

When you first buy a home, it will already be painted and if you didn’t buy a new home, chances are you didn’t get to pick the color. Painting the interior of your home can make it easier to match your decor and style to the house, making it one of a kind.

Do I Have To Be Home For Your Crew To Paint?2020-01-22T07:01:44+00:00

No! We recommend that you have us paint your home when nobody is home, allowing us to work faster and focus on the job. If your project requires and airless paint sprayer, it will also be in good health if you are not home during the process. We know that it can be hard to trust people in your home when you are not, but you don’t have to worry because we are licensed, bonded and insured!

How Long Will The Paint Take To Dry?2020-01-22T07:01:17+00:00

The amount of time that it takes for your paint to dry depends on the type of paint you use. For example, acrylic paint may only need a few hours to be dry to the touch where an oil-based paint will need as long as overnight to dry to the touch. Another consideration is that flat paints will dry much faster than semi-gloss paints.

Yes! Our team will stand behind their work no matter what happens. We offer a strong warranty on our residential and commercial painting on materials and labor. When you choose us as your painting company, you can have peace of mind knowing that we have you covered!

    A Guide To The

    Different Finishes Of Paint

    Granite

    Matte Paint

Matte paint is the most common finish on walls and ceilings as it offers a finish that will hide any imperfections of the drywall. Downsides include marking easily and requiring more than one coat.

    Quartz

    Satin Paint

Satin finishes are in between a matte finish and a gloss finish, making them easier to clean but will show any imperfections in the wall like repairs or dings. Offers a low, soft sheen.

    Solid Surface

    Eggshell

Eggshell has a sheen that is on the same level as a satin finish but is not as smooth. Because it isn’t smooth, it can still hide some imperfections and can cover more in a single coat.

    Glass

    Semi-Gloss

Semi-gloss is a common interior paint but instead of on walls, it is used on base, case and crown molding for its ability to reflect damage and be easily cleaned with soap and water.
